Depending on your needs and insurance coverage, there are two possible pathways:
Insurance-Based Services
When using insurance, services are provided according to payer guidelines and may include:
-
Standard speech and language evaluations
-
Speech-language therapy services
These services are structured based on medical necessity and insurance requirements.
Comprehensive Private-Pay Services
We also offer comprehensive evaluation services that provide a deeper, more holistic understanding of your child’s communication and learning profile.
These services are:
-
Multi-session when appropriate
-
Focused on speech, language, literacy, and functional communication
-
Designed to integrate clinical observation, dynamic assessment, and real-world language use
-

These services are not billed to insurance and are offered as flat-fee private pay evaluations.
We'll verify your coverage with your insurance as a part of our intake process.
Private Pay Services
Some services are not typically covered by insurance and are offered as private pay
-
